It's easy to get overwhelmed when looking for a car but Nate Hodges helped us out today. He was very kind and informative.. great customer service, kept in mind our price range and looked for several options for us..very easy to talk to and he just made the whole process very simple for us which was awesome. Really appreciate all his help.
we have purchased a few vehicles at McGrath. But after finding out that we have we have the 100,000 warranty with our Kia, we are disappointed that we were kind of pressured into buying extra insurance which is close to an extra 3K. We were not told that when buying our Kia. UPDATE!!! I was contacted after this post and was updated on our terms. I was wrong. We don't get the KIA 100,000 mile warranty, due to us not being the original buyers. And the extra insurance that we did purchase covered a new starter and new battery within the first month of our purchase of the 2013 KIA.
My girlfriend and I went through the awful process of trying to buy a quality used vehicle. Nate Hodges made that process seem like a dream. He was so helpful and ALWAYS kept our budget in mind while showing us cars. Not to mention he was incredibly personal and funny. I will certainly be giving him more business next week when I got in to get a car. Thanks again Nate!!
