We LOVE Tom! He treats us very well, and as a woman, he talks to me like I'm a person and not "the little Mrs." My husband had problems with his Ford pickup; Zimmerman Ford couldn't figure it out, and another shop in town charged $600 or $700, said it was fixed, but it WASN'T. Tom had the truck for a day and had it figured out!
My family's go-to mechanic for years. Always honest and fair. Oddie, that is. Not sure about Tom haha.
