I love Antioch Cristian church. It is an inviting, friendly and Bible based church. I highly encourage you to try it for yourself.
I always feel rejuvenated when John preaches from the Bible. A bit of humor with some serious preaching always makes for an attentive audience. Modern-day examples with a book near 2000 years old always captures my attention and helps me to apply what I learned.
Enjoyed the guest preacher today!! Hope to hear the regular pastor next week
This place is my church
This church, I have to admit, is very nice. The coffee shop is insanely cool, and so are the free donuts and brewed coffee. The homeschooling group is very good as well. But, the whole church is extremely rude and unfriendly. Sunday School for the middle schoolers is a zoo. All of the girls are very rude, unfriendly, and ignorant. I have tried to talk to them many times. It's like they all have their friend groups and then won't let anyone else join. This church is also very judgemental. I got turned down to be someone's friend at the Youth Group because I didn't have Instagram or Snapchat or any other kind of social media. The kids at the Youth group only go for the free pizza and to socialize. The kids also are very immature. Ive seen kids digging out of trash cans as well as boys going into the girls bathroom. I dread going to youth group bc I feel like people hate me. The pastor at my old church always made sure everyone was included. The people running the Youth Group and Sunday school obvisously don't care about the kids who are left out because of their looks and popularity. That is NOT how a church should be. I would expect this type of behavior from a public middle school, not at a church!!! Everytime I go, I feel depressed and worthless bc no one talks to me. Since we just moved here, I've been trying to get some friends. But the girls at this church just think they are too good for ppl like me. Anyway , I do not recommend this church unless you just come for the messages and the free donuts. I highly don't recommend if your looking for some friends for your kids. ( Middle school girls are the worst). Sorry for the bad review. Im just giving my honest opinion.
