Friendly office staff willing to work with you on the rent if needed occasionally. Playground has been around for years and is well kept. We do have stray cats that are taken care of by a few people scattered around but we do Not have a rodent problem! Now that construction is finished on 35th st the road signs are back up. I have lived here on and off over 15 years and in the last 5, especially the last 1-2 years the old run down homes are being removed for brand new homes to be brought in! Since this manager took over the place is becoming nicer and nicer! I look forward to the future

Staff has gotten better but they won't work with you if you need more time to pay. The lot rent is the highest in this area.
I came her a wedding reception. It was cozy. My friend who got married, left their cake topper there and no one contacted her to let her know if they had it. We believe it was thrown away. :-(
