This is what a shoe store should be. Real people who are very helpful and actually take the time to make sure you get measured for the right size and width. Not a self-serve mall store staffed by high-school kids, but trained and friendly people who care. I highly recommend Brown's Shoe Fit!
That Brown's has any kind of men's shoe selection is a rarity in this town. It's the only store I've found in the Cedar Rapids Metro area that has leather soled shoes in stock. The service was helpful and courteous. And while they didn't have exactly the brand and model I was looking for, they did have a comparable shoe.
They are so kind and helpful! They helped me get a few different sizes, and helped me to put on the shoes each time and adjust them for me while I was trying them on. Great customer service.
I like this the house while I have been without a car for several months, a rental car for the weekend partly so that I can you use a coupon to buy some shoes at the store get it however I arrived at 5:30 and they close at 5 o'clock. I tried to call the store to let them know but their voice mailbox is full. I'm very disappointed
