I have taken my 6 year old cavachon, Daisy, here since she was a puppy, but I will not be taking Daisy here again. I took her here today for a teeth cleaning, but the cleaning machine was broken so they decided to do a quick shoddy job of cutting Daisy's nails as compensation for my time, though I did not ask for it. One of her nails was cut down to the cuticle and looked like a cross section of bone (like the marrow) because they had cut so deep on some. Though they weren't able to spend time sedating and cleaning Daisy's teeth, they were able to spend a mere minute clipping my dogs nails as quickly and with as little care as possible. (Some didn't look trimmed at all) Even if it is only an intern vet who did this, this should not be acceptable at ANY time from ANY employee at Daisy's vet. I'm disappointed that I will have to find a new vet.
Vets and staff are wonderful and have always given my pets the best of care.

I love everyone at Ross Veterinary Clinic! They care about our pets like they were their own. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is. They even called a few days after we took our kitty home from surgery to see how he was doing, and called again a few days later to make sure he was still doing well. And they are very affordable.
This is a great place to take your animal for care! They do a great job, and they are fast.
