My wife and I had already looked at another furniture store that had a "going out of business sale." However their prices were pretty high for going out of business.
The associate was very friendly and extremely helpful. She left me to wander and look as long as I wanted. When I had questions, she was there promptly. I could not ask for better service. She answered every question I had and I will not hesitate to go back there when I am looking for any other furniture. I thank her very much. She made the experience extremely rewarding.
I appreciate my salesperson's helpfulness. I anticipate I will really like my new couch and recliner. As I have not received my order, I can't comment on that part of the process...2-3 weeks is when I expect to receive my furniture.
Besides that, we didn't getting bothered by sales reps. We were allowed to roam freely until we found something we liked, or had any questions to ask. When we found what we wanted, the rep was very knowledgable about what we were looking for and if it was available. it's the first place I would go to look for furniture again.
The actual buying of our new sectional was good. Sales lady was nice and helpful. Was told be 2-3 weeks before we got it. Thought what kinda furniture store doesn't have furniture in stock. With three young kids, dog and cat we go through things fast. Never had to wait three weeks for a couch. When they finally did call weeks later to deliver it. Said between 3:30-5:30. So i go get my kid from school at 3 and they call soon as i left that they are there. REALLY.... Was told they would take my old sectional out for me. Guess they don't do that like i was told. Bring in the new one and the chaise is broken. 2-3 weeks for a new one. Plus they didnt put feet on it so this broken chaise sits lower then the rest and looks very off. I think i will stick to my local furniture store from now on.
Our associate was fantastic. She was very helpful and explained everything to us very well. What must have been the manager on duty was not good. He just sat in his chair while she handled all of the customers and really was in her way as she tried to carry out some heavy furniture. You would like to see the manager help her so she could serve more people even quicker.
When we went to Sofa Mart, there was a much better selection of recliners and sofa's first of all. Then we saw that the prices were a LOT better than what we had experienced at the previous store. So, there was a better selection, and the there were far more affordable items available than we thought we'd find.
